Aptitude & Group Discussion

Aptitude Test

The Aptitude Assessment is a test that measures a candidate's dexterity and cognitive abilities. Students are assessed on their technical and communication skills, with each department receiving specific questions to cater to their career requirements. This enables participants to identify areas of study that require improvement. It prepares the students to face the aptitude test with confidence during the actual placements. The performance of the aptitude test and the Group discussion is cardinal in the company's assessment of the candidate.

Keeping these factors in mind, FORESE organizes an aptitude test for the pre-final years. The skill sets of the students are tested by examining them exclusively on these topics for 60 minutes.

Be assertive, not aggressive

An assertive person puts across his point strongly & rationally. It is advisable to be open-minded & accommodate diverse viewpoints. Be polite and avoid interrupting. Raise the quality of your argument, but not your voice!
